Events hosted by VER
We will confirm your requested event day and time with our hosts. We will provide a Zoom link for you to share with all participants. During the event, our staff will welcome your group, sort everyone into breakout rooms, provide the game play link, and be available for anything participants may need during the event.
Hosted events are $30 per person. To secure your booking, we'll send an invoice for a $120 reservation fee, which covers your first 4 people. After your event, we'll bill $30 for each additional person who played, so you only pay for the people who actually join.
Choose your game, select "Hosted by VER," and tell us your preferred date and time. We'll be in touch within 2 business days to confirm your event and send the reservation invoice. Once it's paid, your event is locked in and we'll send event details you can share with your group.
Everyone should join from a computer or large tablet using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox. No downloads or accounts are needed to play.
We'll email you the event logistics, including the Zoom link and step-by-step instructions written to paste straight into your calendar invite.
Yes. If your company requires its own meeting link, just add us to the invite and make us a host, and make sure breakout rooms, screen sharing, and annotation are enabled. We're happy to review your settings with you before the event.
Teams are 4–6 people. We can sort your group randomly, or you can send us pre-assigned teams ahead of time. Our host will place each team in its own breakout room.
Plan for about 60 minutes, including a welcome, the game, and a wrap-up with the final leaderboard.
Anywhere from 4 to 1,000+ people. Large events welcome!
We'll send a summary of how each team did, along with your final invoice for any additional players.
